Recommendation: It is recommended that the report be noted.
1. Summary
This Report details the actions taken under Delegated Powers since the last meeting and, where appropriate, in consultation with the Chairman and Local Members.
2. Actions on Advertised Traffic Orders
Since the last meeting of this Committee, a number of Traffic Orders have been progressed and where objections have been received, these have been dealt with by a consultation with the Chairman and Local Members. Details of these matters are listed below.

| Changes to parking restrictions necessary with the opening of the western bypass scheme and also to introduce seven day town centre restrictions.

| Parking restrictions in Riverside Road from the new Bypass Link to Pilland Way. | Authority given to make and seal order and implement. |
| The County of Devon (Church Street, Braunton) (Experimental Width Restriction) Order 2006
| Experimental width restriction to prevent access for large vehicles. | Authority given to make and seal order and implement. |
| The County of Devon (Various Roads, South Molton) (20/30/40mph Speed Limit ) Order 2006
| Extension to speed limits on the B3227 towards Umberleigh and consolidation of existing orders. Developer funded. | Authority given to make and seal order and implement. |
